No house has been cooler than the high-rise-apartment that my family lived in while we were stationed in Seoul. Furnished with dark wood and black marble it was gorgeous even without all the amenities. It had a drink fridge which opened with the push of a button (and even played a little song), it had heated floors, it had a sink that could be turned on with a foot petal, it had a dressing room in the master bedroom, it had a seat in the bathtub, it had heated toilet seats, it had sunken lights, it had built in closets for shoes at the door, it had built in closets and vanities, and it had amazing views of the city from nearly every room.
It was a great place to host movie night with attendance as small as two or as big as 13. Overall, it was the most high-tech, upgraded house I've lived in so far and I would love to go back any day.
